This is a phising attempt that will send your personal information to a computer in China that will attempt to collect your login credentials. If you receive a message such as this or something similar it is best to simply delete it. Most, if not all, financial or banking instituions do not send unsolicited email messages asking for your personal information or request that you log on to their web sites and perform a specific task.
