Attention Tangerine area, please be on the look out for a black suv possible tahoe or suburban, it may have a specialty tag and stickers on back window possible (blue charter) It has 3 black males and 1 white male going around the area and burglarizing homes. They are telling people that they are looking for lost dog or something to that extent. Please call immediately do not approach.
